  Cater for diverse needs

   Experienced training consultants

Our Training Consultants liaise closely with their corporate clients before, during and after the training period to ensure that the course fulfils the needs of the client and participants, including finalizing the course outline, provideing a suitably qualified and experienced trainer, evaluating the effectiveness of the course; and advising on internal and external assessments to be administered.

   Real life English

Our business courses are practical and relevant to learners' language needs. The language that students learn is 'real' as it can be applied to their daily work-related tasks and duties.

  Assure supreme quality

Pre-course placement testing and needs analysis

Course participants attend a pre-course placement test and brief interview with our Training Consultant. This helps us determine your current proficiency level and language needs, which, in turn, ensures that the course will be useful and appropriate for all the participants.

   Suitable English language assessments

Tailor-made written and/or spoken assessments, designed and administered by CAEP, can be incorporated into a language programme, giving the client company and course participants information about learning progress in relation to the course syllabus.

  Engaged academic professionals

   Highly qualified and experienced trainers

Our well-qualified, experienced teaching professionals are all native English speakers or have native speaker proficiency, holding internationally-recognized postgraduate teaching qualifications, and having a wealth of experience in conducting courses for Hong Kong's premier business and organizations.

   Effective teaching methodology

We advocate the Communicative Approach to language teaching and learning, aiming to help traiees use English fluently, accurately and appropriately. Classes are practical and interactive; course participants are given plenty of advice and suggestions on how to enhance their language skills, and they receive useful feedback on their performance.

  Provide insightful advice

   Post-course student report and certificate

After course completion, participants receive an individual student report from their course trainer which includes comments about their learning progress, and suggested areas for further consolidation.

   Workplace English Campaign

As a Workplace English Campaign - approved centre, CAEP is able to offer its client companies courses that will enable their staff to pass the government's benchmark English tests. This can mean that client companies may receive reimbursement of up to 50% of course fees if staff achieve their target benchmark standards of English language performance.
Our professional Training Consultants can advise interested client companies on the suitability of the Campaign for their training goals, and can arrange for the required tests to be conducted on company premises, if required.
